teenagers don't need long term all loving all kissing adult relationships. they need a best friend, who they can have sex with. sometimes. if sex is wanted. which it usually is.
There’s a friend of mine who I need to have serious words with, strangely enough, more or less to this effect. This is a weird thing for a responsible adult to say.
Teenagers aren’t all the same. What they need is what they need. Not what people who like to pidgeon-hole them say they need.
